CirrusSense Router – Enabling Your Sensors for Router Use

In order for your CirrusSense Router to see your TDWLB sensors, you’ll need to turn on the Measurement Interval setting on each sensor you wish to use with your router.

Note: This setting is off by default when shipped from the factory in order to preserve battery life.

Turning on the Measurement Interval Setting

Using the CirrusSense TDWLB app, complete the following steps:

  1. On iOS, touch the Near by icon in the bottom of the screen. For Android, begin from the main screen.
  2. Locate the sensor you are enabling Measurement Interval for in the list, select it and press the connect button in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Once connected to the sensor, tap the sensor to bring up the detailed view.
  4. Tap the gear icon in the upper right hand corner to bring up the sensor settings.
  5. On iOS, tap the Advanced Settings option at the bottom.
  6. Choose an appropriate Measurement Interval.

Note: The faster the measurement interval, the more battery will be consumed. Choose the lowest possible value for best battery life.

You will need to perform these steps for each sensor you wish to use with your router.
