Questions & FAQs

I can’t get the battery door to open. What do I do? Pull the tab back in the direction of the arrow on the lid. The lid will release.
I am unable to connect to the app. Make sure you have signed up on the portal and have registered the sensors.
How do I download sensor logs and data?
1. Go to the Reports section by clicking the “Reports” button in the navigation bar on the upper-left side of the portal screen.
2. Underneath the “Cell Sensor Data Export” section, select the desired sensor in the Cell Sensor selection dropdown. Then select the date range you’re interested in, in the Start and End date fields.
3. Click the Green Export button.
4. Once complete, an email will be sent to the account email address with the report attached.
How do I know if my sensor is charging? There’s a blue dot on the solar panel that blinks when the sensor is charging. There’s a green LED on the sensor that lights up when charging.
Why isn’t my sensor connecting? Make sure the antenna is attached BEFORE putting in the battery. If the battery was put in before the antenna, disconnect battery by opening the hinge lid and closing it again.
